The relationship between digital technologies and the circular economy, both characterised as disruptive, is attracting increasing attention in company boardrooms, policy pressure groups academic communities. Nevertheless, studies to date highlight a lack of understanding how enable organisations improve their resource flows value creation promote economy. This article looks address this gap literature by an examination if small number are using support sustainability objectives economy initiatives. research approach inductive, questionnaires interviews with IT professionals employed range organisations. concludes that where pursuing initiatives, connection technology deployment not evident, even though more general association is.
